The Team
Neil Schwartz CEO
In the early 1980’s I built a management and consulting safety services programs for community associations, corporate businesses and beach front facilities. From 1988 to 1996 I built a pool design and construction company and stayed as a consultant for many organizations and individuals. In the 1996 I created and built a full service real estate and consulting service. Being a entrepreneur I realized the importance of having a means to generate new clients was a must and a challenge. We have seen great changes in marketing – the internet, we have moved from brick and mortar to click and mortar. The importance of online visibility, marketing to be the best way and the key to success, so I created Seology.
Joe Bryan CPO
While on my 3rd attempt to retire, I came across Seology. After spending countless hours with Neil, I became a believer in his mission to help small companies compete.
One such success story took a $6 million landscaping firm with 1-2 leads from the website per year to +30 per month, doubling the revenue stream and further capturing the local markets. If the process can be that successful for a smaller company, I had to involve myself to help them grow.
After retiring from the USAF with Distinction and Honor, I spent time in Real Estate, owning my own REMAX Location. In 2000 I started and eventually sold a Data Security firm that performed audits for banks in the upper Midwest. I now successfully hire and manage new real estate agents, while advancing marketing programs on a national level.

Doug Dority CPO
Being raised in an entrepreneurial family, I naturally took the path of educating for self-employment rather than working a 9-5 job or joining the corporate world. Nearly all my endeavors required sales, management, operations, and computer skills, in which I have over 40 years of experience.
I’ve owned several companies over the years, usually contracting my services out to other companies. I’ve been involved in many industries including sales, construction, home entertainment, digital media, advertising, energy, health, and insurance.
This wide range of experience is what qualifies me for the unique position I hold at Seology.
My job is to be the bridge between our customers and key departments within our company, such as Sales and Operations. I make sure that our team receives exactly the information they need from our new customers and make sure those customers understand our services.
At Seology, we feel it’s a crucial component to insure a pleasant onboarding process and excellent customer satisfaction. I look forward to serving you!
